RSS feeds - popularity?

Ok, so there have been several threads here lately about adding RSS feeds to websites, I am curious as to how many operators operate an RSS feed and how many of you make use of another operators feed?
Also, if you have a feed on your site, do you know how many people read/subscribe to it on a regular basis?
