Missing NOAA Reports
I lost Internet connection while away from Feb 7 to 17. Is there a way of producing the missing NOAA data for those days?
Cumulus was running during the outage, just no Internet available.
Thanks

Re: Missing NOAA Reports
I'm not sure I understand, if Cumulus was running, it should have been updating the Feb 2014 monthly and 2014 yearly files each day. Next time you upload these files to your server you will have a complete record.

Re: Missing NOAA Reports
Today I have a NOAA Report for Feb 17th but still with missing days data between Feb 7 and 16th with incorrect totals e.g. Rain 38.6
My 'NOW' page shows a more realistic Rainfall This Month of 88.4
I have created the missing days in Cumulus/Edit/Dayfile.txt. This edit screen now shows the missings days.
Now that I have the missing data, should the NOAA Reports.PHP be generated with this data after the next rollover at mid-night?
Thanks

Re: Missing NOAA Reports
It should, yes, but if you had missing days in dayfile.txt and the NOAA report, then Cumulus probably was not running correctly during that period. It's rather odd that 'create missing' worked, as that suggests that your February log was being written to successfully, but for some reason dayfile.txt wasn't.

Re: Missing NOAA Reports
If you haven't done so already, it's probably a good idea to restart Cumulus now.

Thanks Steve
The Cumulus console did have a Red Error showing there was an FTP error (can'r remember the exact response) for the days my Internet was down. Could that stop the dayfile.txt being created, as you say not running correctly?
I have restarted Cumulus.

Re: Missing NOAA Reports
It's possible that the ftp connection may have hung up, and caused other parts of Cumulus to also hang up.
