Difference between measured values and presented in graphs

Post by actioman »

Hi there.

Today is a windy day here in Portugal, we have a visit from "Stephanie"

And I am find many differences between what is recorded in the cumulus software charts and his records.
Will I have any problem with the configuration? Is there a way to solve these differences?

Thanks for any help provided. ;)

Thank you Steve! As always very fast in helping! :)

But it is a pity these so important records not appear on the chart. :(
The Davis can be very good, but this is a great disadvantage I'm finding...
Kind Regards, Manuel.

The chart would look a mess if every value was plotted. It would have 24 times as many points. It would use 24 times as much memory. Drawing the chart would cause Cumulus to slow down.

Yes, I understand and even agree with what you say. But the ideal would be to find a way to at least the record values stay there. But I also know that speaking is easy, the difficult is to find a way to get things done. ;)
Kind Regards, Manuel.

Turn off "plot latest gust", as in the FAQ? The 'gust' figures on your chart aren't actually gusts anyway.

Yes, that's what I've done! ;)
