setting web page and other.....

So I'm pretty new to all this, and after a few days of thinking I realized what I want. As I have my own website, I thought it time to set up the weather data (basic data) on it that it collects by my WS and It's already almost been done. The new decision is yet to open an separate web page (with some nice looking graphs) on which I can upload detailed data from my weather station. On that (new web page) I thought to set JP graphs (free version). For making that, despite on my skills, still need your help. I own a web space with My SQL databases with all the other services. Therefore:
1. Please, point me where to go and what to do.
2. Also my whish is, and I already did write about that, to set on my website, which is almost finished a small banner or avatar aprox. 200x300 with basic information that should be refreshed from my Cumulus console.

All advice welcome!..... or I asking too much?

For the MySQL part, have you looked at the Import Cumulus File script in the Wiki? http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/ImportCumulusFile

I try to execute your new import cumulus file v 2.6 but I think something wrong with it. This version made my monthly table empty with some strange time stamps. Also in my dayfile table now appears on a first position one row of data all in zero...
When I execute 2.5 version again all works good again (almost)

On your 2.5 version i saw in line 219:
$field_delimiter = ' '; //fixed delimiter in realtime.txt, so over-ride any user setting

question: May I use a similar line to over ride decimal delimiter in realtime.txt only?
