Data Won't Read From Data Logger

Hi there,

I have recently closed Cumulus and opened it up again. It was closed for 30 mins and there is now just a line on the graphs between where I closed down until I started Cumulus again. I have 'Use data logger' check in Cumulus and my data logger is firmly in. So, I don't know what's going on.

Make sure the logger is plugged into the console completely. If not, the WL manual will tell you the CORRECT way to do this without frying your logger and/or console. Early Vue consoles had a definite problem keeping the logger in place. And don't reply by using my comment as a quote..............

I think it was a slightly out of place data logger. Maybe next time it will read the data otherwise I will do what you have advised.

Still can't read data. Not sure where the explanation of how to install the logger is in the WeatherLink manual...

The process of installing/removing the logger.....making sure that ALL power is removed BEFORE removing the logger....INSTALLING the logger, then ADDING power back to the console, waiting for the required BEEPS to come from the console....pages 5 thru 9 in the WL manual RTFM
