Battery status bar

Hi!
Yesterday I saw that rain battery status bar was more small and gray. I change batteries recently and I have found it strange. I have checked the console and not appears any sensor low battery signal.
Can be an error of Cumulus or doesn't work well on WMR200 stations?
Thanks!

Cumulus looks at the 'status' packets from the console, which contains flags, each of which when set is supposed to indicate that the battery for a particular transmitter (or the console) is low. But of course I am working from an unofficial spec, so I have no idea whether the person who worked out the spec got it right or not. The spec I'm using does say 'to be confirmed' for the suspected rain battery flag.
I'll have a play with mine later and see what happens.

I put some old batteries in my rain gauge, reset it, and got the console to scan for sensors. The 'rain battery low' flag that Cumulus looks for in the status packet was set shortly afterwards, and Cumulus correctly displayed this.
I replaced the good batteries, reset the gauge, scanned for sensors, and the rain gauge was detected again. 10 minutes later, the 'rain battery low' flag is still set in the status packet, so Cumulus is still displaying a low rain battery. Presumably it takes a while before the status changes again to indicate a good battery, as with Davis and other stations.
So it appears that Cumulus is looking at the correct flag and correctly displaying the status of that flag.

Thanks Steve for check it out and you explanation.
In this case, If the rain batteries are low, I'll change them.

Mine still hasn't reset, even after 24 hours.

Mine still hasn't reset! Perhaps the 'good' batteries that I put back in were borderline; I'll try some new ones.

Hi,
Effectively, Cumulus indicated correctly low battery of rain gauge. Two weeks after I asked it, battery ran out. The rain battery flag seems don't work in WMR200 console.
Thanks for your help
