am tick for cumulus weather in program, its always settled fine
any idea what am doing wrong

Have you changed the 'pressure extreme' settings on the station settings screen? Those are the only settings that can affect the forecast.

What do you get if you put your current conditions in here: http://www.beteljuice.co.uk/zambretti/forecast.html ? It uses the same algorithm.

I put your current conditions in, and it gave "Settled Fine". And according to the official forecast for your area, that seems like a reasonable forecast, given the limitations of the simple algorithm. Do you not agree?
