The navigation buttons on the website template are currently at the bottom of the page and i want them at the top, to edit this do i edit the .html in the local web folder? or do i need to update .css files on the server?

You need to edit the template files in the web folder on your PC - the files with a 'T' in them, e.g. indexT.htm
