Incorrect value reported

I have Toolbox configured to send an email when certain values are triggered. I have configured 'intemp' to be triggered when its value is 'less than' 10. Today I received notification that the 'intemp' (inside temp?) was less than 10. Cumulus graphs show the lowest inside temp 10 be about 15.6 deg C which is what I expect.
Other 'temp' rules seem to work correctly using 'less than'.

Any ideas as to why?

I believe the problem may be that temperatures have a single decimal place so for this to work you have to specify 10.0 not 10.
