Even if the fields are not used they should be there, even if it's only a bunch of zeroes. Otherwise it's a completly new file format which should have a new name to avoid confusion i.m.o

I'm running Culumus in wine on Linux, but that shouldn't matter. I don't see any rain data. I've used the <#Light> tag and it doesn't show anything. How can i know if Culumus reads the easyweatherfile.dat correctly? The lux value is on field 29 and is an integer. ( but only because field 2-3 & 4-5 is 2 and 3).

You do a great work!

The entry you quoted has no rain in it. The rain rate will show when field 23 has a non-zero value, and the rain total will change when field 27 changes.

Code: Select all

I don't have that solar box (build 1088). It says 60.9 in your picture, which is actually the total rainfall for the year jan 01 -->

Well, I can see that if #28 was at #27 it would be a definate improvement. Thanks for that chart b.t.w.

As i said, i can't see solar data in Culumus, In your screendump it's right to the barometer, but it's empty here.

I have a theory why i can't see the lux value, not even in htm-documents.
I noticed something yesterday. If the wind direction was translated to another language other than English (with non English letters, Åäö etc) the wind direction would always show 360 degrees N. As soon as i changed SV to SW it changed back to 225 degrees S which was the correct direction.

Small bugs that that arn't that easy to debug.

There's alot of zeros i know. It's the 1hr and 1Year + lux i'm thinking about. But now i think i might have the order wrong late in the record.

I'm switching 27 & 28 now.
