How To Set Monthly Rain Total On New Install

I installed Cumulus in mid January. I found the place where I could fix the yearly rain total for 2014, but my monthly total is still wrong.
How do I fix the January total rain to account for the days prior to the install?
Thanks,
Ken

The monthly total is calculated from the daily totals in dayfile.txt, and the only way to modify that is to amend those totals, either by inflating the total for one of the days, or by creating entries for the days prior to your use of Cumulus. Note that this will also affect the annual total, which is calculated in the same way.

In the Cumulus Configuration Station settings you can enter the rain amount in the "YTD Amount" box for the period of the year before you started using Cumulus, if you have a reliable source for that rain amount.

I think Ken's already using that Paul, and is asking if there is a similar setting for the current month. There isn't, I added the YTD one as it may be a relatively long time until a new year starts, not so long with a month.
