wind.png not changing

For some reason the Wind Graph (the large one under trends) is stuck at the same image. The image is being replaced every 5 minutes, but it is always the same image. The smaller thumbnail below changes and show correctly, as do all the other large graphs and thumbnails. When I get properties of it from the website, it shows it was recently updated, as well as when I check it on the FTP site.

I have tried both active and passive FTP to no avail.

thanks,
Phil

Is it updating when you view it in Cumulus, and is the saved image in the Cumulus web/images folder being updated?

If not, you could try restarting Cumulus to see if that fixes it.

If they are being updated in Cumulus, it's an ftp issue (or an issue with the server). Turn on ftp logging, and the ftp log may shed some light. Could you also give a link to your web site, please?

http://www.deadcowz.com/Weather/trends.htm

It is the file being produced by Cumulus... as it has a new creation date every 5 minutes.

Sorry, could you clarify? Does the graph as viewed in Cumulus, and/or the image in the web/images folder, look like the one on your web site? If so, then the charting component isn't updating the chart and a restart of Cumulus will probably be necessary.

The one in Cumulus looks the same as the one posted. But it is not the same as the thumbnail.

Until I did a restart of Cumulus. And that fixed it.

Thanks Steve! You are amazing for your dedication to this!

I've seen a chart get 'stuck' like that before, on rare occasions. I have no idea what causes it; most likely a bug in the third-party charting component.

It happened again I noticed this morning.

I was on 1.9.4 build 1085, and have updated to build 1087 to see if maybe this helps prevent this from happening.

I am running XP Pro 32 bit on an older CoreDuo Dell laptop.
