Alert Messages

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find a reference to it in the Wiki:
Is there a webtag that would display the alert messages the console occasionally displays (e.g. "low wind chill advisory")?

No; as far as I am aware the console doesn't make those messages available to software.

Sorry, I don't understand? I've had a three-week break from work, and today was my first day back.
