You're allowing your PC to suspend while Cumulus is running:
20/01/2014 22:29:40.924 : Windows SUSPEND broadcast received
This means you have gaps in your data, and if the PC is suspended overnight (as seems to be the case on many occasions) the midnight rollover doesn't happen, and the days effectively merge into one.

Thanks Steve - I do sometimes put it to sleep when I'm finished as it starts up so much quicker. I don't suppose it's the end of the world and at least I have an explanation that nothing's fundamentally wrong.

You need to close Cumulus if you're going to let the PC sleep. There's a setting to attempt to do that automatically which you could try if you want.
