Why is there no USB port on the new release as per the old ones. I cannot run my station on the new soft ware. I have a WH3081. It run fine on the old version with USB setup but the new v1.9.4 only has Serial or TCP/IP can any one help.

The selection of VP Type is for Davis stations only. For a WH3081, you just need to select "Fine Offset with UV/Light sensor" for the station type.

There is still no setting for USB, so how does it connect?

I have the same issue.

Davis stations (including USB) can only be driven via a serial port connection (emulated in the case of USB stations) by third-party software like Cumulus. See the FAQ - http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#How_do ... Cumulus.3F
