WMR200 & WMR100 console advice please

Post by Hazelgrove »

Hi, I have a WMR200 as my main console running Cumulus & a bedside WMR100, I've just realised that I have never seen any change in the rain bar chart on either consoles, they both show the flat line as though its not rained. My Baro does show the last 24hr pressure changes, if I scroll back through the hours in the rainfall area I can see the following, -18hr .04in, -17hr .46in, -16hr .46in, -15hr .04in, past 24 hrs 1.04in, surely this should show up in the bar graph, its the same for both consoles.
It does show upon the cumulus graphs, I have factored the rain results in Cumulus as I have increased the bucket size.

Any ideas please
Thanks

I've just tried faking some rain on my WMR200, and it appeared on the bar chart a short while afterwards.

Having watched the rain graph for 24hrs I now understand it, It only shows rain that actually fell at the hours shown on the graph, i.e. -24,-12,-6,-3,-1,0, it doesn't shown for the other hours, so you can have a hurricane between -23 & -13 & it wont show on the graph & then it will show for 10 hours as time passes through 24hrs,

As I always have the baro graph displayed, you always see a proper graph, if it rained 5mm in 1 hour in a 24hr period I would expect to see this move all the way across the graph but this isn't the case, it comes & goes as time passes
