Unable to reinstall Cumulus.

I have been unable to reinstall Cumulus on a new computer. I have downloaded the recent Cumulus software and followed the "Help" advice to fill in the configuration detail. When I open the programme I get the usual weather window but it shows, error, "Fine Offset Station not found"

My weather station is a Lacrosse 2350.

My old computer, on which Cumulus worked perfectly, used Windows XP, 32bit, 1GB memory.

My new computer uses Windows 7 Professional,64 bit,4GB memory.

Please can anyone help?

It looks like you've selected the wrong station type, as you have a WS23xx, not a Fine Offset.

Steve, thank you very much for your reply. As my station was not mentioned I clicked Fine Offset as per the instructions in "Help" I received the same error message when I tried the other stations also.

The WS2300 setting is for all WS23xx stations, e.g. the WS2350. If you select that and restart Cumulus, then you will no longer get the "Fine Offset station not found" message and (assuming you have configured the correct COM port) it should connect to your station.
