would it be had to add tags for coolest and warmest
day and night ?

<#maxtempL> All time low maximum temperature
<#TmintempH> Date/Time of all time high minimum temperature
<#TmaxtempL> Date/Time of all time time low maximum temperature

They don't actually differentiate between day and night (none of the data in Cumulus does), but typically the min occurs overnight and the max during the day, so it's usually the same thing. If those aren't what you mean, you'll need to explain what you do mean.

Yes, that's what those web tags give you, with the proviso that I've already mentioned re night and day.

<#mintempH> = coldest day
<#maxtempL> = warmest night
