It's possible, but I have hundreds of other enhancement requests to do already, so this one would have to wait its turn, if you were to create a request for it.
You could use 'wget', and use the 'external program' facility on the internet settings screen to get Cumulus to invoke it after it had processed the file (which you would specify on the 'files' tab).

Just curious...
Could a PHP template made with the Cumulus web tags not be used instead - the Wiki offers the 'Php webtags' solution which creates a PHP template that can be 'included' into PHP scripts.
