Incorrect wind speed

When I turned my PC on this am the "recent extremes" box for wind said 236mph....what causes this, and how to I resolve. Thanks

It's a very common problem with Fine Offset stations, there are dozens of threads about this. Cumulus provides 'spike removal' settings in an attempt to filter out the spikes - see the calibration screen.

Another possible cause is that you have selected the wrong station type in Cumulus.

If you zip up the diags folder and attach it, I'll take a look.
