I use the weather station is an OS WMR-928NX. To analyze the data, and transmit to my website, I use the Cumulus version 1.9.4.

The display shows the station is indeed in a negative dew point LLL °C. The same when I go to Fahrenheit from Celsius umstelle LLL °F.

I'm not sure I understand. You are saying that the station does not do dew point values below freezing point, yes? But have you selected the option for Cumulus to calculate the dew point instead?
