bug report?

Hi Steve, I'm not certain this is a bug, but it happened when I started Cumulus (or at least tried to, as it fails to start now) for the first time in ages.
However, I did edit today.ini after I had closed it down, in order to remove a rainfall rate spike caused by removing spider webs before today's rain started. Today.ini looks ok to me, but I've included it below, along with notes on the 2 edited lines, in case I've done something stupid with it that I am failing to see.

Edit: I'm using Cumulus v1.9.3 (1055), but I've just noticed the note above to upgrade to 1.94, so will do so now and see if that helps. ... it didn't.

I don't know what causes it, it occurs before any of my code runs. You're both using Windows 7, so perhaps a recent Windows update is involved. I'll ask on the Delphi forums to see if anyone has any suggestions.
