My monthly records begin in May of this year. I notice some weather stations show all months since they first started.
Can I get Monthly records to show Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr of this year? Also for some reason Monthly records are in Bold - cannot understand that.

Re: Monthly Records
This from the Cumulus v.1.9.2 new version announcement:
You seem to have a misplaced <b> in your navigation code for "monthly record" which is not there for the other tabs
and have you done that for your missing months?Month-by-month all time records, and web tags. These are things like 'highest ever January temperature' etc. These aren't initialised automatically, the simplest way to do this is:
1. Open the new monthly records editor (on the Edit) menu
2. Click the 'fetch dayfile data' button, select the tab for each month in turn and click the 'copy' button in the header row to copy the dayfile data
3. To get a full set of records, you may also need to use the 'Fetch log data' button to fetch the data from the monthly log files. Note that you can click the copy button next to a particular entry just to copy that entry.
4. Click OK.
You may find the results need a bit of manual tweaking, depending on the state of your dayfile.txt. You can also optionally fetch the records from the log files and use those. Once you've initialised the records, Cumulus should then keep them up to date.
I've added a new 'standard' web page for the month-by-month records, called monthlyrecord.htm, and modified the other standard pages to link it into the navigation bar. See the help for details of the new web tags for these.

Re: Monthly Records
Thanks Paul.
The bold "Monthly records" is now rectified.
I'm afraid I am completely lost with the other instructions; e.g. open the new monthly records editor (on the edit) menu.
I cannot find this at all, so I think I'll leave my monthly records as they are.
Best wishes Arthur

Re: Monthly Records
What version of Cumulus are you using? Does your edit menu not look like this?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Re: Monthly Records
I am using version 1.9.4 (1085). My Edit Menu looks exactly as you show but I cannot find the "Copy" button in the header row.

Re: Monthly Records
Try widening the monthly record window - the copy button is just past the timestamp header.

Re: Monthly Records
It's unfortunate that it's not obvious from the window that there is lot more detail available that isn't shown. But the help does tell you to resize the window.
