can I merge data from old computer to new computer

Sorry for having to ask this question, I didn't think things through when I started up my new computer, was excited about getting my weather station going again. I didn't move my data to the new computer before started the machine, so I have 2 sets of data, is there a way to merge the two?

Old computer has 3 weeks worth of data AND the backup files from original computer
New computer has last 24hours on it...
Thanks for the help, I didn't do the data move, since this wasn't just to sets of Data...

Yes, you can just merge the log files with a text editor. It's probably easier just to replace the new files with the old ones (i.e. the entire contents of the data folder) and let Cumulus download from that point again using the logger data. The end result isn't quite the same though, if your current data was logged 'live' rather than from the logger, but it's close.
