Hi. I keep getting the error message (with date and time changes with each occurrence):

11/14/13 4:17:33 PM : Error on line 44 of C:\Cumulus\data\Nov13log.txt: List index out of bounds [1]
11/14/13 4:17:33 PM : Error on line 44 of C:\Cumulus\data\Nov13log.txt: List index out of bounds [1]
11/14/13 4:17:33 PM : Error reading C:\Cumulus\data\Nov13log.txt at line 44: List index out of bounds [1]
11/14/13 4:17:33 PM : Please stop Cumulus and edit the file to correct the error

Then, my computer freezes and has to be rebooted.

Please, where might I find line 44 and how do I correct it? Thanks!

The error message is telling you where line 44 is, it's in file C:\Cumulus\data\Nov13log.txt

See also this FAQ: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#Error_ ... line....22

It's unlikely that this issue is causing your PC to freeze; it's possible that your computer freezing and being rebooted was the cause of the data corruption originally. If you are still having this issue after correcting the log file, and you are sure it is related to Cumulus, please zip up the diags folder and attach it, and I'll see if I can see any problems.
