Garth, I presume you mean the Cumulus cloudbase, in which case this is explained here http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#How_do ... ud_base.3F in the Wiki.

As to the Forecast do you mean my Forecast page (http://www.dmjsystems.co.uk/weather/forecast.php) as that is deerived from the "Weather forecast from yr.no, delivered by the Norwegian Meteorological Institute and the NRK
Script by nordicweather.net" (hence the link at the bottom), but I have altered the 2 day chart to use Highcharts graphical tool to draw it altered the script etc. to use php (a server side scripting language) to "pretty it up". I also use Highcharts for the Near Realtime graph on the index page as well as the Historic and Station Records graphs.

I altered the entire site to php about a year or so ago as I taught myself how to program in the language (it helps that I was a programmer all my life starting in machine code and working my way through C, C++ and C# as well as Cobol aand various other computer languages), and I have since got into jscript (with Mark Crossley's help), so the site is now php, jscript, Highcharts and MySQL based. Like you I am now retired and have the time to devote to playing with computers and software which as well as a job also became a hobby. Add the weather to the hobby and I find is fascinating to be honest!!

I also look after a number of local websites, a national car forum, and am always repairing someone's computer or helping them get a Network / Router going as most people locally know I am willing to help. Keeps me busy!!
