Website help please

I have a wh1080 which I would like to use to submit data to a website. It's here I get stuck.....

Can someone please recommend a good free website hosting service that they use that they know is compatible with this device.

Could you then please tell me how (I have never created a webpage ) I can set the page up so that it can display the data from my weather station. Please feel free to assume that I've spent hours trying to find the answer myself and that my head is due to explode imminently with frustration.
