Updated PHP Webtags?

Post by jlp09550 »

I've noticed the PHP Webtags script has not been updated since Dec 2011. I was wondering if there is a newer script that can be used or if this script is just abandoned? My site uses PHP, so it would be difficult to convert to another script.

You can just add as many of the webtags that Cumulus produces as you require them. Just follow the same format. If you alter the '.ini' Cumulus will produce a file called 'webtags'txt' which lists all the current webtags.

Duke, I might be wrong, but I think the line 'ListWebTags=1' must be added under the '[Station]' header of the 'cumulus.ini' file, such as:

Code: Select all

[Station]
ListWebTags=1
...
R_o_B
There are no Time and Movement if there is no Space.
There are no Movement and Space without Time.
There are no Space and Time without Movement.
But if one of the three exists also the other two exist.

You are correct and I did state in my post:
If you alter the '.ini' Cumulus will produce a file called 'webtags'txt'

I have built an up to date cumuluswebtags.php which contains all webtags generated by Cumulus v1.9.4 b1085.
Here is the link to it: http://weather.gktnet.com/public/weathe ... ebtags.txt
Just save as cumuluswebtags.php and it's ready to use.

For those who wish to convert the file WebTags.txt themselves, here is a Dreamweaver Regular expression to do it:

Code: Select all

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<dwquery>
  <queryparams matchcase="false" ignorewhitespace="false" useregexp="true" wholeword="false" />
  <find>
    <qtext qname="(\w+)" qraw="true"></qtext>
  </find>
  <replace action="replaceText" param1="$$1			= '<#$1>';" param2=""/>
</dwquery>
Save as filename.dwr and then load in DW's search box.

Cheers.
Cheers,
Graeme.

Remember to remove the wind direction and speed tags unless you really need them - they each contain multiple entries making the tag file significantly larger.
