I would like to add the cloudbase parameter in to the realtime.txt file. How to do it?

The format of realtime.txt is fixed. If you want to create your own file, you can do it using web tags. If you want to base it on realtime.txt, see this page in the wiki: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Realtime.txt
