Problem in dayfile.txt when Cumulus restarts

Greetings to all:
I changed from windows XP to windows 7 and cumulus operate normally until, for some reason, I must restart. From there all records are altered and fails dayfile.txt
The image called "error.jpg" demonstrates the problem and the image "error_1.jpg" records in the file dayfile.txt.
As seen in "error_1" fields "minimum temp" and "time of minimum temp" appear "changed" and I think that is the reason for the problem.
I searched the forum and have not found anything about it.
Any idea why this occurs?.
Thanks in advance.
Daniel

Your Windows regional settings have changed - the decimal and/or list separator at least. You need to change them to whatever they were on XP.

Yessss !!!. It was the list separator. The same was wrong because the locale was "Spanish Argentina" and must be "Spanish Spain"
Thanks !!!
