Five years

Post by PaulMy »

Five years ago today I first downloaded Cumulus. First data recorded by Cumulus Oct 23, 2008. Started my weather station July 2008, joined the forum Sep 28 as member #56. Website Dec 2009, and my first MySQL database today :o

Thanks again to all the forum members who have contributed and helped to made this a most enjoyable hobby. It has been a great (but slow) learning experience for me in so many ways. I often refer to my forum user friends when discussing or explaining our local weather and website display.

And especially to Steve L whose own interest in weather data collection evolved to so many more being able to do the same right across the world.

Thank you all
Paul

I started Cumulus July 24, 2008. I'm obviously older than you :-)
