This app desn't work with me :/

Hi Folks,
I don't understand why, but this Weather station doesn't work on my Sony Xperia Z.
According literally to the instruction in the weather station data URL window I enter path to my realtime.xml file (which certainly exists - http://www.chyliczki.cba.pl/realtime.xml ) save it and... nothing happens. Recommended refreshing doesn't help. "Select one Digit" option "on" doesn't help as well
So, what I do wrong? Hot to turn on this app? Any sugestions?
