TCP/IP connection troubleshooting

I'm getting the -32701 error when I try to connect. I've checked the IP address in the settings and it is correct. Why else might Cumulus be failing to connect?
This problem cropped up when my computer inadvertently restarted without properly shutting down Cumulus first.

This is an IP logger (as opposed to Virtual VP)? Can you connect to the logger using a browser on the same PC?

Put the IP address of the logger into the address bar of the browser. It should connect to the logger and display the config screen.

I'm realizing now that the IP address might not be correct. How do I confirm it?
When I log into my router, I'm not seeing the logger listed. My Console, meanwhile, is correctly displaying weather data.

I straightened this out. I had to restart the console. First time I've had to do that. Thanks for the help.
