Cumulus Support

Hi all!!
I write from Spain. Sorry for my English.
Last week bought a weather station and download cumulus v 1.9.3. The installation is correct but i can't start the program.
This is the error:
"An error occurred in Cumulus. A bugreprot.txt file has been..."
When restart application the error returns and i can only close.
Please help me!!

My computer is acer but i read the FAQ and the problem was of fonts. I installed the font expansion from microsoft and cumulus started successfully.

Steve just to let you know I have just installed a new Cumulus computer, an Acer Revo RL80 (very good deal from Ebuyer complete 2MB RAM 500GB disk, WiFi, 1GB Lan and Intel Celeron Chipset and Processor for £129) using Windows 7 Home premium and I did not have this problem, so it is not a general Acer problem.
