I'm trying to help my dad out who uses a WS2300 station and Cumulus. About 8:20am on Sept 20 (from what I see in the logs) he stopped having the ability to view his weather station information on the Cumulus program. Based on the Error log, it tells me that there is a DataBase Error. The only other post I see referencing this type of exception message is when a guy did not have his sensors hooked up. My dad's station has been up for well over a year.
Any help is appreciated. I have attached the Error Log and the Diags folder.

Re: Cumulus Bug report
There are lots of errors reading the data; I suspect that most of the time it's unable to read any data at all, and when it does manage to get a response the data is garbage - is it connected via a real serial port or a USB adapter?
Also, you're allowing the PC to suspend, so there will be gaps in the data, amongst other problems.

It is connected via a real serial port (not a USB adapter).
I don't know that he has had any time before having an issue with reading the data. As I noted, he has been using this for 1.5+ years without issue. It's interesting that all of the sudden this just started. Any recommendations how to get the database not to have the errors? The WS unit on the wall is fine, and is showing data from the sensors. It just appears that there is a problem reporting it from the wall unit to the Cumulus program. Cumulus shows "0" on everything on the computer.

Re: Cumulus Bug report
It's just a side effect of the fact that there is no data from the station.cnielsen wrote:Any recommendations how to get the database not to have the errors?
Yes, that's the problem, Cumulus can't get any data from the station. You need to find out why that's started happening, if you definitely haven't change anything - check the connections etc. I'm afraid that I know nothing about La Crosse stations so I can't be much help. The WS unit on the wall is fine, and is showing data from the sensors. You also need to stop the PC suspending while Cumulus is running.
