WH1080 bleeping again, can u just replace the base station?

my base stations packed up, bleeping rh 100% I can't adjust anything.

if i purchase a new weather station(WH1080) complete, will the new base station work with the original weathervane?

i assume you can't purchase the base station (you can't from Maplins)

Hi Jim,

Yes,a new Fine Offset Console/station should work fine with the original Vane, Anemometer and Rain sensors. Note that FO have recently made some minor improvements to the design of the anemometer and (it has been said) rain gauge.

It is possible to buy "replacement" Consoles from a few suppliers, but the cost is hardly any less than a complete kit (when competitively priced) and there are so many possible variations in radio frequency and data protocol that I definitely do not recommend buying just the Console.
