I have a new windows 8 computer with and SSD drive and a hard drive and wanted to move Cumulus and its data from my old computer. I installed Cumulus on the D: drive on the new computer which does not have the operating system. When I run Cumulus I get the error code 32701 as it cannot locate the data from the USB connection. I assume it has something to do with the location on the D: drive. I have moved the old files to the new computer. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jerry

What type of weather station do you have? Isn't a 'Weatherwise solar pro' (the one in your profile) a Fine Offset? The '-32701' error is only given for Davis stations - have you selected the correct station type in Cumulus? If you do have a Davis station with a USB logger, this may help -

I have the Vantage Vue and I solved the problem as I had to change the com port to connect with the data logger. Thanks for your assistance.
