Not updating WU, PWS etc.

Sorry, sorry, sorry, I just can't get my brain in gear....
Ok, I added a second UPS and, in doing so, I had to move my system and the weather console USB cable became dislodged. It had to be that one of course.
When I restarted the system Cumulus came up and asked for configuration. There was only one port that it could be for the console so I am not sure why it assumed it was a new device (assuming that is what it was assuming). Anyway, that wiped out my cumulus.ini and, lol, what a time to find out that the Win 8 backup you thought was happening wasn't. Well it was just backing up those files in user related folders.
So, I was fortunate to find an old copy of the ini and restored it. I had to update the External Program and the Files but, fortunately, as I use WinSCP, I had all the names for the files.
Phew! So, I noticed that it was updating WU so didn't think anything of it until I went to check my graphs and found that they hadn't been updated.
OK, so the problem is that despite Rapid Fire occurring the regular, WU, CWOP, PWS updates aren't occurring.
The ini was pre-using WinSCP so all the related FTP info was a) not valid and b) probably not correct.
Any ideas? I'm sure it is the web settings but, as I said, can't get my brain in gear...

Wow, I found some screen images that I had taken recently. The only setting in Web Settings was Enable Realtime, so I have changed it but still no luck in updating any service apart from WU rapid fire.
Update, I spoke too soon about Rapid Fire, although it is going through the proceess apparently, the data displayed is stil as at the time I took my system down.
