Dayfile Editor rebuild from log files

Post by Super-T »

I know there is a "Find Missing" in the Dayfile editor but is there a way of rebuilding all of the Dayfile entries from the Log files?
This is because I seem to have problems with some values being completely wrong in dayfiles.txt

Just found that if I rename the dayfile.txt, Cumulus stopped, to something else and then start Cumulus again and go to the dayfile editor there areno dayfiles. Do "Find Missing" and it rebuilds the dayfile.txt.

There's an enhancement request for the dayfile editor to handle replacing individual items, and hopefully at some point I will get around to looking at it, but I don't know when that will be. But yes, the way to rebuild the entire file is to remove the old one first.
