Greetings
I've got the box ticked (Stop 2nd instance) in the Station Settings but it still starts twice on boot up.
In my Startup folder there are two shortcuts, cumulus.lnk AND cumulus.exe.lnk which seem to me to be causing the problem. I've experimented deleting one or both of these but they both reappear after the next bootup.
Are both links supposed to be there?
Thanks
Ian

Re: Cumulus starting twice
The 'stop 2nd instance' isn't guaranteed to work, but does most of the time. You definitely only need one link in the startup folder, but I can't help with why there are two, or why you can't delete one. I have deliberately left control of automatic startup to the the user. It looks like you have a shortcut to the Cumulus executable in there, and a shortcut to the (same or other) shortcut. Try running msconfig and looking at the startup tab.

Hi Steve
Really strange. At least I now know that it's not Cumulus.
Thanks once again
