Correction of Todays extreme record

I had a spike from my Fine Offest station for pressure reading (I've now set the configuration setting to prevent future ones) .

I have edited the All time, Monthly, This Month, This Year and Dayfile records in the Data folder but the incorrect figure still appeared in the Today's extremes display.

I then tried changing the figure in the Today Config file (which showed the incorrect pressure figure) and restarted Cumulus. The Today's extremes figure still showed incorrect. Checking the Today config file, the pressure figure had returned to the incorrect figure.

How do I correct the wrong Today's extreme figure please?

Cancel this question. Just discovered the answer !! I needed to close Cumulus BEFORE editing the Today config file and saving it - I realised after posting that the program was writing the values back to the config file when it closed, ready for reading when next started.
