FTP to Weatherunderground

I have an established account at Weather Underground; KOKKAWCI2. Yes that is a capital I as in India. I also have the Internet Settings page set to send the WX to my home page on the Windstream server. http://home.windstream.net/fcook36/ . I entered the proper FTP address for Windstream. That works fine. (I have some fine tuning to do on the details of that weather info.) Question; whereas I see FTP Progress data on the 'Progress' display, when manually uploading, I see no indication of any FTP file transfer to Weatherunderground. Is the WXUnderground FTP address 'built-into' the software and used when 'Enabled' is checked. (Yes, I've checked rechecked and redone the 'Station ID' and PW several times.) Completely disabled the 'Essentials' Firewall too. I get the very rare, occasional FTP error message for my personal webpage transfer. When signed in at WXUnderground, my station is shown under 'Your Current Stations'. When the ID is clicked everything is blank. I'll try to attach a .jpg of the Cumulus page. Your thoughts would be welcome.

WU uploads don't use FTP, they use HTTP. So you will never see any mention of WU on the FTP progress window or in the FTP logs.

If you turn on the debug log on the configuration menu, and then wait until a couple of minutes after a WU upload should have happened, the debug.log file in the Cumulus folder should show the attempted upload to WU and any error message returned by WU. But I notice that in your post, you say your station ID is KOKKAWCI2 and in Cumulus you have put KOKAWCI2.
