It's not a well known brand, so it would have to be a Fine Offset. Google gives zero hits for Cresta WPS720, so I don't know whether it's a Fine Offset or not.

Oke, i have send it back, the software was a nightmire, every hour it crasht.

Yeah, the hardware on that looks somewhat like a Honeywell/Meade/Irox/Mebus, however the console looks different.
