I'm afraid that the NDBC does not have much data for buoys near Australia that report meteorlogical data (1 fixed, 2 floating buoys) - the rest are tsunami meters (DART, etc) that report ocean depth. Since there is little data, I would recommend not installing the buoy-data script on your site.

The NDBC data source is

Note that only 3 buoys report and only one (52202) is in a fixed location suitable for display on a map.
