Monthly Records missing on web page

I am using the standard Cumulus web files. I notice that the Monthly Records page has no values. Everything else is there I think.

When I upgrade Cumulus I just do the new install (with backups etc.) and let it go.

Does the wiki tell me what I have to do to get it working?

P.S. You will notice some of the records on the Records page are a bit silly. I have yet to figure out how to deal with them.
