Website Not Udating Some tmp Files

I am using Cumulus version 1.93 and everything has been working fine for months. All of a sudden yesterday it quit updating my website. Also, the realtlime gauges are not updating. It is updating Wunderground, Twitter, PWS correctly. It appears that some of the files on my PC ending in tmp are not uploading/renaming properly. The image files seem to be renamed from tmp properly.
I deleted the tmp files from my PC and they were re-created but did not help the problem. I searched the forum and wiki but did not find a solution.
I have Auto Update, FTP rename, Enable Realtime, Enable Realtime FTP, and Realtime.txt FTP ticked.
I have attached my FTP log.
Thanks.

Looks to me like it's balking at the missing 'weather' directory under the public directory of your website. Have you created a 'weather' directory there?
It also looks like you're using realtime to upload images (at the rate of about 1 a second; those graph files will add up quickly). That's likely not necessary. I have mine setup to just upload on each web interval (5 minutes).

Your ftp server says the path you've supplied doesn't exist:
10:18:54:437 FTP Command: STOR public/weather/gauges-ss.htmtmp
10:18:54:437 068091E0 TriggerDataSent 1480
10:18:54:437 06808A20 TriggerDataSent 1364
10:18:54:524 FTP Response: 550 public/weather/gauges-ss.htmtmp: No such file or directory
10:18:54:524 >|550 public/weather/gauges-ss.htmtmp: No such file or directory|
10:18:59:278 Changing directory to public/weather
10:18:59:278 FTP Command: CWD public/weather
10:18:59:278 06808A20 TriggerDataSent 1364
10:18:59:367 FTP Response: 550 public/weather: No such file or directory
10:18:59:367 >|550 public/weather: No such file or directory|
When you log in, it appears that you're already in the 'public' directory:
10:18:51:262 FTP Command: PWD
10:18:51:262 06808A20 TriggerDataSent 1364
10:18:51:348 FTP Response: 257 "/public" is the current directory
10:18:51:348 >|257 "/public" is the current directory|
So perhaps you need to remove "public/" from the ftp directory and the paths for the extra files.

I don't know of a setting for realtime for the images. But, I have realtime interval under web settings set for 30 secs.

Thanks for pointing me to the path problem. Like I said before my original settings worked fine for the past year and a half. My original setting was public/weather/ so I removed public like you suggested and still did not work. So I tried adding a forward slash in front of it /public/weather/ and everything started working again. Only thing I can figure is that my web host changed something?

Yes, if you didn't change anything, they must have changed the directory that you start in when you log in.
I can't see why removing "public/" wouldn't work, given what you say; unless you actually removed "public" and not "public/".

Oh, I see now. That is what I did. I removed public and left the slash. So I removed the slash leaving it as weather and it works fine.
What about what BigOkie said about the images every 1 second? I only see the realtime interval setting which I have at 30 seconds.

In the files tab of the Internet settings, look at the bottom for the "Copy images to folder:" field. To the right of that is a check box that says "realtime?". If you truly want to send those images at realtime, leave it checked. However, you'd be doing yourself a big service (and your webhosting company) by not checking it.

The 'copy images to folder' setting is only for copying, i.e. locally, and not for ftp. The image uploads are being logged in that ftplog.txt file, so they're not being uploaded at the realtime interval; if they were, they would be in realtimeftplog.txt.

I don't have the box ticked for copy to folders so that should be okay.
Everything seems to be working fine now. Thanks very much for you help.
I made a donation to Cumulus.
Thanks.
