I have been using my VP2 Pro for several years now with Ambient VWS (Internet) software. There are a couple of issues with that software and I hope Cumulus will be able to help be resolve those requirements. The latest version of Cumulus is downloaded and installed and it is setup and communicating with my VP2. My first question is can I set Cumulus to access the archive of data from the VP2? At first glance it appears that it is not pulling the archives from the VP2.
Many thanks in advance,
Sid.

Re: Switching to Cumulus
It reads the data from the logger by default. It does that to catch up for the periods when it hasn't been running. It doesn't download logger data from before the time when you first ran it. It also doesn't download logger data to catch up if you allow your PC to sleep while it's running.
If it isn't downloading the data to catch up, and you're not allowing your PC to sleep, please zip up the diags folder and attach it.

This is my issue. I have been running VWS for a long time and I was hoping Cumulus would be able to download the archives from the VP2.steve wrote:It reads the data from the logger by default. Thanks,

Re: Switching to Cumulus
Your logger will typically only hold a few days anyway (just over a week at a 5-minute interval) so you're not missing much. But you can force Cumulus to download it if you want, see the FAQ.
