I use Dreamhost, and their support is usually very good. Whoever told you that is talking nonsense.altonc wrote:Dreamhost tells me its because they are running Linux and Cumulus is windows based I need help
You probably have the wrong ftp directory configured in Cumulus. Assuming your hosting is set up the same as mine, you need to make sure you include your domain name in the path. My Cumulus web pages are in a directory called weather, so they appear at http://sanday.org.uk/weather/ and my ftp directory in Cumulus is
sanday.org.uk/weather
If my Cumulus pages were in the 'root' of my domain, so they appeared at http://sanday.org.uk/ I would just need
sanday.org.uk
as the ftp directory.
