Forum clock too fast?

Post by DaveNZ »

Hi Steve, I noticed the time displayed is 6 minutes ahead of what it really is (e.g. showing 7.01pm for me and it is 6.55pm)
I assume this is a server thing and not just on my end...

Yes, the server clock must be a few minutes fast.

Seems to be 12 minutes fast now. I'll see if Dreamhost can fix it before it gets any further out.

Looks good now! You would think their server clock would sync with the correct time occasionally to remain accurate...

It does normally, but there was a problem with the ntp service on the machine.
