Cumulus Support

Hi Steve,

I've got a problem with my NE265.

It seems that the Outdoor humidity is out of order, my station display "--" for this value.
The software provided loads datas, but outdoor humidity is not loaded.

And Cumulus seems to run in a loop, and never load data.
("to run in a loop" is a french neologism which mean I've to end the task )

Will it be possible to filter the incorrect data in order to load the other?
(I just need wind and température informations)

What version of Cumulus are you using? I put in a check - I can't remember when - for the value of 255 which the station seems to use as an 'overflow' value. I'd have thought it would use the same value in this case.

If you are using the latest version, please could you zip up and attach the diags folder, then I can see what value it's using.

I've red you add a filter function in the 1.8.5 version.

I'm using the 1.8.6 version.

It's using 255 for the outside humidity, so that's OK, it will be filtering that.

The problem seems to be related to the fact that you don't seem to have run Cumulus for three months? It's trying to read all of the data from the logger, and after about 10 minutes, the responses from the station start looking a bit strange. I think the best thing to do is to edit today.ini and put a more recent date in the "Timestamp=" line, so Cumulus doesn't try to download so much data.

I got the problem with humidity in january, and I never got the time to work with it.
As I'm in holidays for a few days, I decide to ask you.
(it took five minutes, but I was really busy...
That's why I didn't upload datas since february...)

You are right, I 've put timestamp to 1/05, and data have been uploaded.
The 1.8.6 version work with that humidity problem.
(Last time I tried to upload, I was in 1.8.4 version)
